This is the sturdiest hanging car seat I’ve tried and it’s very comfortable for my senior doxie. I have a lower interior since I drive a coupe, but I can adjust the straps high enough to where my dog can look out the window and he enjoys it. My only wish is that it should have mesh on the sides so my dog can see me while he is laying down.

I have used this as a side sling for my dog lol we were away from the house and he is very old so he was tired, but it was difficult to hold him in my arms. I grabbed this from the car, put the strap on like a crossbody and carried him around
