My13lb, 18-year-old Shih-Tzu recently went blind which intensified his separation anxiety common to this breed. I ordered the pet sling so I could carry him in it when he tired from our daily walks. To my surprise he loves it and I carry him in it all around the house which prevents me from tripping over him. When I first tried it on without my dog I thought the strap would be too short. My advice is to put your beloved pooch or cat in it and give it a whirl. The strap stretches when your pet is in it so it is very comfortable. It sure beats carrying him around and switching him from side to side when he gets too heavy. Awesome product for pets as well as humans!

I must have looked at every dog bag on Amazon but finally settled on Buddy Tastic and I was not disappointed. I have a 3-legged toy poodle who is quite small but tall and other bags she could topple out of. The bag is big for her, but she seems comfortable. It is also very cute and well made. Nice product! We looked at several different pet slings and this one was by far the best. Our 6-1/2 pound Shih Tzu appears happy being carried in it. The shoulder strap is nicely padded and adjustable for comfort. It has a semi-firm bottom so your pet can sit nicely in it and have room to actually sit comfortably, unlike some other slings we had seen. The quality of the material and construction is top quality too. Plus there are a couple nice storage pockets that zip close.

Regarding size; as the description lists, it is made for small dogs. Based on the how much room our 6-1/2 Shih Tzu take up, I would not recommend this carrier for any dogs over 9 maybe 10 pounds at the most.

It is just what I needed – I have a Chiweenie and he is a bit clingy. I take pictures often and he fits perfectly and comfortably in the sack. – it has a removable base in it that can be adjusted for whatever hip you wear it on. Looking forward to using it for our upcoming vacation.
